The renouned conference about User Experience, UX Copenhagen, will for the 7th year running, host a two day conference. Packed with high-end international speakers, this years conference will talk about Creating a Cultural Change.

I’m fortunate to create the set design again, hopefully this conference will the the last one held online. I look forward to assit conveying the important matters revolving around the need for creating a cultural change in the way companies communicate digitally to the user.

 

Up until the end of last year, I’ve been planning and art directing the coming ECSH 2022 event. In coorporation with H-Pro in Copenhagen and Berlin based Battle Royal, we have been preparing the opening event for the European Cultural city of 2022. This will take place in Esch-sur-Alzette, Luxenbourg and is set in the amazing former steelwork area of Belval.

I’m overwhelmed with joy to anounce that our film “As in heaven” / “Du som er i himlen” was won two amazing prices in september, “Best director” and “Best leading actress”. The film is directed by Tea Lindeburg, shot by Marcel Zyskind and production designed by Jesper Clausen (2021) The film will break in Denmark in January 06 th 2022 and has already has international showings.

The hit series “BORGEN” from prime Danish broadcaster Danmarks Radio, is currently shooting a new season. The long awaited continuation of the political drama picks up in realtime, seven years later.
I was fortunate to be a part of the art department for a shorter visit in september, now, I can’t wait the see the outcome – most likely like the rest of Denmark.

The popular Danish childrens movie “Krummerne” written by Thøger Birkeland, has been with us for almost 3o years reaching up to 800.000 sold tickets. Reaching the 6th in the series, we just finished producing the next in line story about the loveable Krumborg family, this time spiced up by the presence of the renouned comedy acters, Ditte Hansen and Dejan Čukić.
It was an absolute pleasure to work with Production Designers Peter De Neergaard and Andreas Bach Harboe.

Soon I’ll be staging a set-design, central to the narrative about the Danish serial killer, “Amagermanden”. The show is called “Tæl til 1000” and will be shown on Viasat.

I’m very happy to be working with founder of UX Copenhagen 2021, Helle Martens, for yet another year, creating the set design for the conference. This will happend from March 25th – 26th.
Unfortunately this year also, the conference will be held online, nonetheless with very interesting speakers. I hope to experience the buzzing days when some 400 participants and speakers from all over the world gathers again, as one big UX Copenhagen family next year.
