Feature film “As in heaven” / previosly “En dødsnat”

Into the autumn, we are shooting on the island of Fyen, telling the beautiful story of “Du som er i himlen” / “As in heaven”. Based on an original book from 1911, A Night of Death by Marie Bregnedahl, the setting is Denmark in the late 1880’s. Here the womens perspective of living and evolving themselves within the religious dominans is portrayed. We shoot on 16 mm film which is an absolute bliss and add a wonderful, subtile feel to the visual identity of the film.

Director and screenwriter: Tea Lindeburg. DOP: Marcel Zyskind. Productions designer: Jesper Clausen. Prop master: Michala Steiner-Rode. Props: Rasmus With and Johan Dandanell.

La Casa De Papel shoots in Copenhagen

Paperhouse, also known as La Casa De Papel films in Copenhagen these days.
I was fortunate to be able to be a part of the Danish art departement as Prop Master. Unfortunately, just one day before our preps started I needed urgent surgery in my back and therefore couldn’t join the production as planned. Fortunately I am having a quick recovery and I am now so proud of my Danish colleagues for pulling this large scale production off with the talented people of La Casa De Papel.
